Lecture - Úvod do neuroinformatiky
Oddělení Medicínské informatiky pořádá dne 20.10. 2015 v 9:30 hod v místnosti UN 309 přednášku Úvod do neuroinformatiky. Přednáška vychází z letošního INCF kurzu Introduction to Neuroinformatics, který předcházel kongresu Neuroinformatics 2015.
Obsahem přednášky bude nejprve stručné představení neuroinformatiky – jak se dělí, co zahrnuje a jaké důležité otázky a výzvy přináší. Následně bude detailněji rozebrána oblast správy heterogenních dat a ontologického popisu dat. Závěr bude věnován přehledu z oblasti neuroimagingu. Budeme rádi, pokud se přijdete podívat.
Department of Medical Informatics organizes a lecture Introduction to Neuroinformatics (20.10. 2015 at 9:30 am in UN 309). The lecture is based on INCF Short Course 2015 lectures.
During the lecture an audience will be familiarized with basics of the domain - What subfields Neuroinformatics consists of; what big questions and challenges neuroinformatics brings us. Then, the field of semantic data description (ontologies) and heterogeneous data management will be discussed. Short overview of neuroimaging domain will conclude the lecture.
